The Terex Bid-Well 3600 is equipped with a variety of options that allow the machine to quickly adapt to virtually any concrete paving application faced by a contractor. Its single spud vibrator leading the enhanced design of the paving carriage enables the 3600 paver to complete standard duty slab-on-grade paving jobs like parking lots, city streets and urban road repair as well as bridge decks.

  • Offers a variety of standard paving widths ranging from 8 ft. to 86 ft.
  • The standard 18-ft. end segments offer 15 ft. of leg travel, so the paver can instantaneously offer up to 30-ft. variable width paving
  • New paving carriage design features segmented upper and lower sections, similar to the larger 4800 paver design, allowing the upper carriage to stay cleaner than previous designs to improve carriage longevity
  • Heavy duty design positions the drag pan mounting system on the upper carriage to better withstand the weight and pull of dual drag-pan configurations
  • New universal power crown adjuster makes quick and efficient crown adjustments, regardless of whether paving inline or at a skew
  • Equipped with the exclusive swing leg design, the paver delivers zero clearance paving, often required when paving in tight applications such as rehabilitation work and bridge deck overlays
  • Optional, heavy-duty 6-in diameter legs on display provide up to 47 in. of hydraulic raising/lowering to assist with machine grade set-up
  • When paving at cross slopes greater than 4%, the available pivot leg configuration brings the paver to a true vertical operating position, reducing side forces placed on the rail system and eliminating the need for and expense of additional shoring
  • Recently introduced LED lighting system increases machine visibility during nighttime paving and decreases the harsh shadows thrown by tower lights
  • Integrated lighting system is powered directly by the machine’s engines, eliminating the need for a generator
  • Requiring only 1 amp of energy per light, up to 12 LED lights can be positioned virtually anywhere on the machine’s frame and up to four LED lights can be mounted directly to the paving carriage to illuminate the paver
  • Powered by the optional 25 hp (18.6-kW) air-cooled gas engine, offering additional power for smoothly operating the paving carriage equipped with a spud vibrator
  • The carriage’s exclusive Rota-Vibe system includes an 11.5-in. long roller that generates up to 5,000-vpm (83.3-Hz) vibration to effectively consolidate the top 2.5 in. of the slab, reducing the chance for chemical penetration through the surface down to the rebar
