At Orscheln Products, every test engineer is devoted to ensuring each Orscheln product is designed to function at the highest level of integrity. Orscheln Products’ 15,000 sq. ft. lab houses all of the testing operations built to prove each product meets internal and/or customer specified requirements. Orscheln Products has environmental, chemical, mechanical, corrosion and humidity testing capabilities.
FAA-PMA assemblies & FAR testing
Orscheln Products has extensive experience working with FAA-PMA assemblies, as well as completing FAA and Company conformities. We have cable constructions that meet the requirements of FAR 23.1141 (2000°F flame test) and FAR 25.853 (vertical and horizontal burn tests), as well as experience completing development programs and validating them to MIL-STD-810 and RTCA DO-160.
